About The Position
The Janitorial Site Supervisor is responsible for general cleaning duties, including pulling trash, dusting, cleaning restrooms, and vacuuming. This role also involves supervising employees, coordinating tasks, and assisting the Manager in ensuring buildings are cleaned according to the scope of work. The position is located in Charlotteville, VA, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs. repetitively.
- 1-3 years of experience required.
Responsibilities
- General cleaning, pulling trash, dusting, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, and other cleaning duties as assigned by Manager.
- Supervising employees.
- Coordinating with employees to complete special tasks.
- Assisting the Manager in ensuring buildings are being cleaned per the scope.
