Requirements
- Previous cleaning AND leadership experience
- Strong attention to detail
- A dependable work ethic
- A reliable, team-first attitude—you show up ready to win the night with your crew!
- Previous experience in janitorial, commercial cleaning, or supervisor roles.
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to help others grow.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate your team of cleaners to maintain top-tier facility standards.
- Act as the main Cleaning Supervisor on site, ensuring all supply inventories are stocked and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Step in alongside your team as a hands-on Janitorial Shift Lead to ensure all trash removal, dusting, and floor care meet expectations.
