About The Position
Want to be the boss of the weekend? (And get your weekdays completely free?) Come lead our night crew! As our Janitorial Shift Supervisor, you will lead by example to keep our facility shining. In this role, you will act as the go-to Cleaning Team Lead, supervising employees and assisting the Manager to ensure the building is cleaned perfectly according to scope.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Custodial Supervisor or similar cleaning leadership role.
- A valid NC driver's license (must be able to drive a golf cart).
- Heavy-lifting capability—comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs repetitively.
- Knowledge of basic cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Oversee your weekend crew and coordinate special cleaning tasks.
- Jump in and assist with general cleaning, pulling trash, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning restrooms.
- Operate site golf carts safely to transport equipment and crew members.
- Utilize your knowledge of basic housekeeping procedures, applications, and methods.
