About The Position
As a Janitorial Site Supervisor, you are the heartbeat of our night operation! You will lead your crew to success while keeping our client's facility shining. Lead, train, and motivate your team of cleaners to maintain top-tier facility standards. Act as the main Cleaning Supervisor on site, ensuring all supply inventories are stocked and safety protocols are strictly followed. Step in alongside your team as a hands-on Janitorial Shift Lead to ensure all trash removal, dusting, and floor care meet expectations.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning AND leadership experience
- strong attention to detail

- Previous experience in janitorial, commercial cleaning, or supervisor roles.
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to help others grow.
