We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and organized Janitorial Site Supervisor to lead our evening cleaning operations at this great property in downtown Nashville. Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience (janitorial, hospitality, or retail management preferred).
• Ability to train staff, manage inventory numbers/volumes, and successfully carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and repetitively lift/move up to 35 lbs throughout the shift.
• Ability to work safely around standard commercial cleaning chemicals and potential moderate-risk work environments (proper PPE provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily janitorial operations, ensuring the building is cleaned to perfection.
• Directly supervise hourly general cleaners, assign daily cleaning zones, and execute work schedules.
• Train new hires on standard cleaning procedures, proper equipment/chemical use, and reinforce safety expectations (OSHA and PPE compliance).
• Regularly inspect completed work to ensure company standards are met, maintain inspection logs, and follow up on any deficiencies.
• Serve as a key point of contact for staff, management, and clients to resolve cleaning needs or concerns quickly.
• Maintain inventory, request cleaning supplies/chemicals, and ensure proper labeling and storage.
• Approve/submit time worked, lead team meetings/safety huddles, and complete required paperwork.
• Assist with cleaning tasks when needed.
