As our Janitorial Site Supervisor, you will lead our evening cleaning crew to success! In this role, you will act as the go-to Cleaning Supervisor on site, making sure our high standards are met every night. You will support your team, manage supplies, and serve as a hands-on Janitorial Lead to keep our client's facility looking its absolute best! Will be required to inspect rooms and areas, secure interior and exterior doors, and make sure the building is armed at the end of the shift.

Requirements

Prior leadership or supervisor experience.
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
Position requires bending, stooping, and crouching.
Prior experience in a leadership, supervisor, or team lead role.
An encouraging, helpful, and neighborly attitude.
Strong communication and reliable helper-first mindset.

Responsibilities
