As a Janitorial Site Supervisor, you will lead our local cleaning team to success. In this role, you will balance hands-on janitorial tasks with team leadership. Requirements
- 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience required
- 1 year of experience as a lead cleaner, custodian, or similar supervisory role.
- A friendly, neighborly attitude with a passion for helping your team succeed.
- Strong communication skills and a reliable work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and coordinate daily tasks for cleaner and custodian team members.
- Perform general cleaning, including pulling trash, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning restrooms.
- Assist the Manager in ensuring all buildings are cleaned safely and meet our high-quality project scope.
- Team up with employees to complete special cleaning tasks and projects.
