Requirements
- Prior leadership or supervisor experience.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Position requires bending, stooping, and crouching.
- Prior experience in a leadership, supervisor, or team lead role.
- An encouraging, helpful, and neighborly attitude.
- Strong communication and reliable helper-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead our evening cleaning crew to success.
- Act as the go-to Cleaning Supervisor on site, making sure our high standards are met every night.
- Support your team.
- Manage supplies.
- Serve as a hands-on Janitorial Lead to keep our client's facility looking its absolute best.
- Inspect rooms and areas.
- Secure interior and exterior doors.
- Make sure the building is armed at the end of the shift.
