About The Position

The Janitorial Site Supervisor leads the evening janitorial team at a K-12 school facility in Beaufort, South Carolina. This on-site role supports general cleaners on their established routes, oversees daily tasks and project zones, inspects completed work, coordinates special floor care projects, manages cleaning-supply inventory, and communicates with clients and management about site requests. The supervisor helps maintain high cleaning standards, OSHA guidelines, and site protocols. The Budd Group is a family-owned facility services company serving the Southeast. The position pays starting at $24.00 per hour and is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Requirements

At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience in janitorial or custodial services.
Strong communication skills, safety awareness, and detailed inspection skills.
Basic cleaning and safety knowledge.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 pounds.
Must be able to pass a state and national background check.
