About The Position
As our Janitorial Shift Supervisor, you will lead by example! In this role, you will oversee our evening cleaning crew, ensuring all building spaces are spotless. You'll act as the go-to cleaning supervisor on-site, assigning tasks, inspecting work quality, training new team members, and stepping in as a hands-on janitorial supervisor to support your crew whenever needed.
Requirements
- Previous supervisor experience is required.
- Strong work ethic.
- Reliable, leadership-driven mindset.
- Proven hands-on supervisor experience.
- Excellent communication skills to guide and motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout your shift.
- Must be able to walk on city sidewalks to inspect different buildings.
