We are a stable and reliable company seeking hard-working, motivated, and reliable candidates for our 1st Shift Janitorial Supervisor position in Concord, NC. This role involves overseeing office and warehouse janitorial services.
Requirements
- Ability to manage effectively with good communication and people skills with positive and outgoing attitude, problem solver, fast-paced, capable of working with minimal supervision
- Must be over the age of 21 with a valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to lift up to 50# on daily basis
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Making sure all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner
- Quality control of services performed using customized scorecards
- Ensure accurate tracking and ordering of our client's consumables inventory
- Ability to professionally communicate effectively with team members, upper management and customers
- Strong ability to effectively resolve conflict
- CAN TAKE DIRECTION
- Additional duties, as needed, in order to get the job done well and on-time
