About The Position
Primetone is looking for a responsible, hardworking individual with an excellent attitude to join our team as a full-time Porter at The Wyldes, a residential property located in Harrison, New Jersey. The primary responsibility of this position will be the maintenance, detailed cleaning of the property, and the collection and proper disposal of trash throughout the property, ensuring that interior and exterior areas are kept clean, tidy, and in optimal condition.
Requirements
- Responsible, punctual, and reliable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness and ability to perform physical work
- Ability to lift, move, and transport trash bags
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a porter or in maintenance is welcome, but not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Collection, handling, and proper disposal of trash and recycling
- Cleaning, maintenance, and organization of trash rooms
- Transporting trash bags and recyclable materials to the corresponding containers
- Keeping containers and waste areas clean, disinfected, and organized
- Detailed cleaning and general maintenance of common areas, interior and exterior
- Conducting periodic tours to ensure the cleanliness, order, and good presentation of the property
- Keeping facilities clean, safe, and organized at all times
- Reporting any condition that requires repair or additional maintenance
- Support with other general maintenance tasks as needed
