About The Position

Janitorial Maintenance team members help keep the travel center clean and in good repair while providing excellent guest service. Duties include cleaning the store, showers, and restrooms; handling towels used for showers; collecting trash throughout the travel center; and performing general store maintenance and repairs. The role may involve working nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Pilot Company describes a dynamic, team-oriented environment and opportunities to train for other roles within its travel centers and restaurants.

Requirements

• Be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk or stand for most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair and maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and remove trash throughout the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
