About The Position

Pilot Company is hiring for a Janitorial Maintenance role in its travel centers. The position focuses on keeping the store and travel center clean, maintaining showers and restroom facilities, handling towels, and performing general store repairs and maintenance. Team members provide excellent guest service by maintaining clean, well-kept facilities. The role requires working a flexible schedule that may include nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair and maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and remove trash throughout the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
