About The Position

Pilot Company is hiring for a Janitorial Maintenance role in its travel center environment. The position focuses on maintaining clean, well-kept facilities and providing excellent guest service. Duties include cleaning showers and restrooms, handling towels, removing trash, and performing general store repairs and maintenance. Team members may also have opportunities to train for other roles within the travel centers and restaurants.

Requirements

• Be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk or stand for most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair and maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and remove trash throughout the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
