Janitorial Maintenance
About The Position
Pilot Company is hiring a Janitorial Maintenance team member to maintain cleanliness and provide excellent guest service at its travel center. The role includes cleaning showers and restrooms, handling shower towels, performing general store repairs and maintenance, and collecting trash throughout the travel center. Team members may have opportunities to train for and gain experience in other roles within the travel centers and restaurants. The stated starting pay range is $15.40–$22.05 per hour. The position requires a flexible schedule covering nights, days, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to lift 50 pounds and walk or stand for most of the day.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store.
- Clean showers and restroom facilities.
- Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
- Perform general repair and maintenance of the store.
- Pick up and remove trash around the travel center.
- Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
