About The Position

Allegiance is hiring a Janitorial Lead for a manufacturing facility. The role leads an assigned building or area and helps ensure the facility remains clean and consistently meets expectations. The position supports the planning, organization, direction, coordination, and supervision of departmental activities, while maintaining custodial workflows and communication with the client and facility personnel. On-the-job training is provided.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Experience managing custodial operations.
• Proven experience motivating and training staff.
• A sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong service and quality mindset.
• Professionalism.
• Proven computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned building or area.
• Ensure the facility is kept clean and meets expectations at all times.
• Assist in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and supervising department functions and activities.
• Enforce custodial workflow to meet standards and expectations.
• Maintain effective communication with the client and facility personnel to ensure their custodial-contract needs and requirements are satisfied.
• Demonstrate and promote the company's culture, values, and management philosophy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
