About The Position

Allegiance is hiring a Third Shift Supervisor for an industrial facility. The role leads an assigned building or area and ensures the facility remains clean and meets expectations. The supervisor helps plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and oversee department activities; enforces custodial workflows; and communicates with clients and facility personnel to ensure custodial contract needs are met. The role also promotes the company’s culture, values, and management philosophy, and performs other duties as assigned. On-the-job training is provided.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Experience managing custodial operations.
• Proven experience motivating and training staff.
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong service and quality mindset.
• Professionalism.
• Proven computer skills.
