About The Position
Frantz Building Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitorial Floor Tech for a full-time position primarily on the 2nd shift. This role involves performing comprehensive floor care duties, including stripping and refinishing VCT, scrubbing and recoating VCT, burnishing VCT, and carpet extraction. Additionally, the position requires maintaining and cleaning various areas of facilities such as offices, lobbies, restrooms, and breakrooms. The ideal candidate is positive, upbeat, has an eye for detail, and a desire to serve customers. Requirements
- MUST have a VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE and CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
- MUST be willing to work long hours when needed AND travel to multiple locations

Responsibilities
- Stripping & refinishing VCT
- Scrubbing & recoating VCT
- Burnishing VCT
- Carpet Extraction
- Perform floor care duties-strip, finish, scrub, burnish hard surface floors/ extract carpets
- Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Clean glass and doors
- Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames
