About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Janitorial Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily cleaning and sanitizing of offices, conference rooms, restrooms, break areas, common areas, and exterior spaces while ensuring all areas meet company cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Good communication skills
• Able to stand, and walk for extended amounts of time
• Steel toe boots or shoes required
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Remove trash from all receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Transport trash and recyclables to designated collection areas
• Spot clean glass surfaces
• Spot clean entry doors and surrounding glass
• Spot clean all surfaces
• Vacuum floor mats
• Dust mop hard floors
• Damp mop hard surfaces
• Spot vacuum carpeted areas
• Detail vacuum carpeted areas once per week
• Arrange chairs around conference tables
• Clean fixtures and coffee service areas
• Spot clean walls, doors, and stall doors
• Dust surfaces
• Clean, sanitize, and polish fixtures and fittings
• Clean mirrors
• Clean and sanitize walls as needed
• Clean and sanitize dispensers and trash receptacles
• Clean and sanitize counters and fixtures
• Restock consumable supplies as needed
• Clean floor drains once per week
• Dust mop floors
• Damp mop floors
• Arrange chairs around tables
• Remove items from refrigerator and wipe clean once per month
• Clean and sanitize tables
• Clean, sanitize, and polish drinking fountains
• Clean and sanitize counters, fixtures, and exterior appliance surfaces
• Clean inside and outside of microwaves
• Check inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
• Empty all trash receptacles
• Clean and sanitize tables and chairs
• Sweep area and remove debris
• Maintain a clean and presentable outdoor environment
