About The Position

This is a full-time Janitorial Cleaner position at Frantz Building Services, located in Franklin. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various areas of a factory facility, including breakrooms, restrooms, office areas, and common factory spaces. The position requires adherence to safety and compliance standards, including proper chemical handling and PPE usage. Training will be provided for operating a ride-on floor scrubber. Requirements

Must have reliable transportation.
Steel toed boots or shoes required.
Must have valid driver's license and good driving record.
Must be okay with wearing safety glasses and hearing protection as it is required.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize breakrooms, including tables, counters, microwaves, refrigerators, sinks, and high-touch surfaces.
Restock paper goods and soap in breakrooms as needed.
Maintain restrooms, ensuring toilets, sinks, mirrors, partitions, floors, and dispensers are cleaned and disinfected.
Stock restroom supplies.
Clean and sanitize the washroom used for the medical product line, following proper chemical handling and cleanliness protocols.
Vacuum carpets, sweep/mop hard floors, empty trash, dust surfaces, and maintain a tidy environment in the main office.
Learn to operate the ride-on floor scrubber for large factory floor areas.
Maintain hallways, entryways, shared spaces, and general walk-through areas to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
Perform light trash duties in offices and breakrooms.
Follow facility cleaning standards, chemical safety guidelines, and proper PPE usage.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
