Janitorial Facility Manager
About The Position
We are a very stable and reliable company looking for hard-working, motivated, and reliable candidates for a full-time Facility Manager position. This role involves managing labor needs, overseeing the cleaning crew, ensuring services meet established standards, performing quality control, managing inventory, and communicating effectively with team members, upper management, and customers. The position requires the ability to work well with the cleaning crew, be physically capable of standing for the entire shift, and assist with employee recruiting and onboarding. Additional duties may be assigned to ensure the job is done well and on time. A passion for a job well done is essential.
Requirements
- Candidate MUST be able to work well with cleaning crew/team.
- Candidate MUST be physically capable of completing the job. On feet for entire shift.
- MUST have the passion for a job well done.

- Previous supervisor experience highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Managing labor needs.
- Manage cleaning crew. Work alongside team.
- Making sure all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner.
- Quality control of services performed using customized scorecards.
- Ensure accurate tracking and ordering of our client's consumables inventory.
- Ability to professionally communicate effectively with team members, upper management and customers.
- Strong ability to effectively resolve conflict.
- Tracking and reporting weekly progress reports that are custom made for specific sites.
- Assist with employee recruiting/onboarding.
- Additional duties, as needed, in order to get the job done well and on-time.
