About The Position

We are a very stable and reliable company and are looking for hard working, motivated, and reliable candidates. This is a full-time position with on-call duties, working Tuesday-Saturday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. The pay is $20.00 per hour with weekly pay. Access to benefits, Blue Cross Blue Shield Major Medical Health Insurance, and 401(K) are provided.

Requirements

• Candidate MUST be able to work well with cleaning crew/team.
• Candidate MUST be physically capable of completing the job. On feet for entire shift.
• Ability to professionally communicate effectively with team members, upper management and customers.
• Strong ability to effectively resolve conflict.

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervisor experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing labor needs.
• Manage cleaning crew. Work alongside team.
• Making sure all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner.
• Quality control of services performed using customized scorecards.
• Ensure accurate tracking and ordering of our client's consumables inventory.
• Ability to professionally communicate effectively with team members, upper management and customers.
• Strong ability to effectively resolve conflict.
• Tracking and reporting weekly progress reports that are custom made for specific sites.
• Assist with employee recruiting/onboarding.
• Additional duties, as needed, in order to get the job done well and on-time.
• MUST have the passion for a job well done.
