About The Position

We are a very stable and reliable company looking for hard-working, motivated, and reliable candidates for a full-time Facility Manager position in Pooler, GA. The shift is Monday-Friday from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, with on-call duties. The pay ranges from $23.00-$25.00 hourly, depending on experience. Requirements

• Candidate MUST be able to work well with cleaning crew/team.
• Candidate MUST be physically capable of completing the job.
• On feet for entire shift.
• Ability to professionally communicate effectively with team members, upper management and customers.
• Strong ability to effectively resolve conflict.
• MUST have the passion for a job well done.

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervisor experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing labor needs.
• Manage cleaning crew.
• Work alongside team.
• Making sure all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner.
• Quality control of services performed using customized scorecards.
• Ensure accurate tracking and ordering of our client's consumables inventory.
• Tracking and reporting weekly progress reports that are custom made for specific sites.
• Assist with employee recruiting/onboarding.
• Additional duties, as needed, in order to get the job done well and on-time.
