About The Position

Team MJV is a Building Service Contractor throughout Indiana and Michigan. We embrace Team Members and our coaches guide, encourage and teach each team member to effectively execute the scope of work for each customer partner. We pride our Team on being professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. This role involves managing team members and performing general cleaning tasks at multiple customer sites. If you like a job that mixes it up and has flexible hours, this is for you! A company car will be provided for travel to/from job sites once training is completed. As an Area Coach, you will be responsible for training general cleaners, keeping track of inventory at the accounts and ensuring scope of work excellence is completed nightly.

Requirements

Reliable transportation is a MUST.
Willingness to travel frequently to 1-3 sites per shift.

Previous experience in convenience stores, fast food, or manufacturing settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

Utilize team members and assist with performing general cleaning tasks at several sites.
Provide quality building services at customer partner locations.
Train general cleaners.
Keep track of inventory at the accounts.
Ensure scope of work excellence is completed nightly.
Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, emptying trash containers, vacuuming, mopping, spot cleaning, and sanitizing all designated areas.
Proper use and maintenance of equipment, products, and supplies.
Interviewing, hiring, training and leading new team members.
