About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Janitorial Contract and Operations Manager for an upcoming project opportunity: Janitorial Services For Parks "SOUTH" Locations (Bid Discount). This role involves managing staffing, supplies, equipment, schedules, invoicing, quality controls, emergency response, and 24/7 City communication. It also requires ensuring compliance with licensing, Tampa-area operating capacity, security clearances, background checks, insurance, and E-Verify. The manager will review project scope, background, supporting materials, deadlines, and client requirements. They will coordinate with FuntoNetwork on their assigned consultant role and related technical work, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and support quality control and status updates.

• Ability to work against project deadlines and client requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide complete role-specific application materials.

Responsibilities

• Maintain staffing, supplies, equipment, schedules, invoicing, quality controls, emergency response, and 24/7 City communication.
• Ensure licensing, Tampa-area operating capacity, security clearances, background checks, insurance, and E-Verify compliance.
• Review the role scope, project background, supporting materials, deadline, and client requirements that relate to your assigned work.
• Provide only the role-specific materials requested by FuntoNetwork, such as your resume, cover letter, work samples, technical notes, estimates, or availability.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork on your assigned consultant role and related technical work only.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and readiness for your assigned portion of the work.
