About The Position
National Star Services, a 27-year-old facility management company with nationwide services, is seeking Janitors for its Chicago, IL 60660 location. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in all common areas of a high-rise condominium, ensuring a safe, orderly, and well-maintained environment for residents.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Transportation to get to work.
- Two valid forms of IDs.
- Ability to safely perform some heavy lifting.
- Must have experience with commercial or industrial cleaning.
- A Background Check and Drug test will be conducted.
- Availability to start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across all common areas of a high-rise condominium, including the atrium, lobby, management office, community room, fitness center, mailroom, elevators, hallways, chute rooms, stairwells, laundry facilities, and restrooms.
- Ensures a safe, orderly, and well-maintained environment that enhances the comfort and overall experience of residents.
