About The Position

National Star Services, a 27-year-old facility management company with nationwide services, is seeking Janitors for its Chicago, IL 60660 location. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all common areas in a high-rise condominium, including the atrium, lobby, management office, community room, fitness center, mailroom, elevators, hallways, chute rooms, stairwells, laundry facilities, and restrooms. The goal is to ensure a safe, orderly, and well-maintained environment that enhances the resident experience.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Transportation to get to work.
• Two valid forms of IDs.
• Ability to safely perform some heavy lifting.
• Must have experience with commercial or industrial cleaning.
• A Background Check and Drug test will be conducted.
• Availability to start immediately.

Responsibilities
