About The Position

We specialize in doing janitorial work for HOA communities' common areas. This role requires weekend workers, with Saturday and Sunday availability being a must. Additional days during the week can also be worked. Responsibilities include exterior cleaning in residential communities, visiting 2 or more properties per day, and performing various cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping windows, cleaning pool areas and bathrooms, clubhouses, and picking up trash along the community to take to the dumpsters. The properties are located between Chula Vista and Oceanside. Flexibility in schedule is a plus as the schedule would not be fixed. This position offers between 30 and 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• Must have own car for work
• Must have a driver's license
• Must have insurance
