About The Position

National Star Services, a 27-year-old facility management company providing nationwide services, is seeking a Recycling Sorter in Riverdale, IL. This full-time position involves visually inspecting and sorting recyclable metal materials into labeled containers. The role requires standing for the entire shift, following safety procedures, and maintaining clean work areas. Employees will work outdoors in the yard and be exposed to all weather conditions, including rain, heat, cold, and wind. Teamwork and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Requirements

• Bilingual – Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Steel-toe boots (required for safety).
• Two valid forms of ID to apply.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check & drug test required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, etc.) throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Stand on your feet throughout the shift.
