About The Position

The role involves cleaning and supplying designated building areas, completing and documenting routine inspections and maintenance, carrying out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects, reporting deficiencies or repair needs to management, maintaining supply rooms, cooperating with staff, and following health and safety regulations. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated building areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, and cleaning restrooms.
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
• Notify management of deficiencies or repair needs.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
