About The Position

Janitorial Team Members help maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment. They provide dependable, fast service and work with the management team to address maintenance needs. The role includes daily sanitation and deep cleaning, proper disposal of trash, safe handling of cleaning chemicals, and compliance with company policies, procedures, laws, and health and safety standards. Other related duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
Handle cleaning chemicals properly according to safety guidelines and procedures, including safe use, storage, and disposal.
Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, laws, and health and safety standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
