About The Position
Janitorial Team Members help provide a clean, sanitary restaurant environment and dependable service. The role includes daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds; trash disposal; coordinating maintenance needs with management; and safely handling cleaning chemicals. Team Members also help maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, laws, and health and safety standards, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment. No experience is necessary.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
- Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
- Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
- Handle cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines and procedures, including safe use, storage, and disposal.
- Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws, including health and safety standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
