About The Position
Janitorial Team Members help maintain a clean and sanitary restaurant environment and provide dependable, fast service. The role involves daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds; trash disposal; and coordination with management to address maintenance needs. Team Members must follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable health and safety laws. Other related duties may be assigned by management. The position contributes to a safe and welcoming environment. No experience is necessary.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.
- No experience necessary.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
- Empty and properly dispose of trash.
- Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
- Safely handle, store, and dispose of cleaning chemicals according to guidelines and procedures.
- Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including health and safety standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
- Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
