About The Position

Janitorial Team Members help maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming restaurant. They provide dependable, fast service and work with the management team to address maintenance needs. The role requires using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and following company policies, procedures, laws, and health and safety standards. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with team members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
• Empty and properly dispose of trash.
• Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
• Handle cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines and procedures, including safe use, storage, and disposal.
• Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, laws, and health and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
• Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
