About The Position
As a Janitor, you will maintain cleanliness and sanitation in a federal facility. You will help ensure a safe and hygienic environment through cleaning, floor care, commercial cleaning, facilities maintenance, and industrial cleaning. A REAL ID is required for entry to the facility. Previous janitorial experience is highly desired. Compensation is $17.75 per hour, plus $4.93 per hour as a health and welfare fringe benefit, for a stated total of $22.68 per hour. Schedules listed are Monday to Friday, 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.; Monday to Wednesday, 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.; and on-call.

Nice To Haves
- Previous janitorial experience is highly desired.
- Custodial expertise and experience with cleaning, floor care, commercial cleaning, facilities maintenance, or industrial cleaning.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of offices, hallways, and restrooms.
- Perform rounds, remove clutter, empty trash, and refresh restrooms.
- Sanitize equipment.
- Contribute to facilities upkeep through cleaning, floor care, commercial cleaning, facilities maintenance, and industrial cleaning.
