Janitor (CORP) - 1st Shift
About The Position
Join a team of professionals where you will be responsible for keeping TURBOCAM facilities in clean and orderly condition by performing a variety of cleaning duties as assigned. Come Build with Us: Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. Steam-clean or shampoo carpets as needed. Gather and empty trash throughout facility. Clean and stock restrooms, showers, fitness room and cafeteria. Dust for cobwebs, countertops, filing cabinets, clean and polish furniture and fixtures. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors. Observe and report items needing repair and/or potential hazards to lead, supervisor, building facilities or safety staff as applicable. Stock restroom cart with supplies and equipment needed for cleaning duties. Follow instructions on Janitorial checklists. Perform other duties as necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience performing janitorial duties preferred.
- Basic understanding of MS Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel desired.
- Must possess valid driver’s license from his/her state of residence and reliable transportation based on travel to other facilities.
- Must be able to work extended/flexible hours when needed.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs. in a safe manner and on frequent basis.
- Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
