About The Position

Janitorial Team Members help maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming Chili’s restaurant environment. They provide dependable, fast service and work with the team to keep the restaurant’s interior and exterior clean and well maintained. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with team members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
• Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
• Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely, following all guidelines and procedures for use, storage, and disposal.
• Notify management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws, including health and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
