About The Position
Line Cooks are members of Chili’s Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift. They prepare food by following recipe procedures, keep orders flowing from the kitchen, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment. The role calls for teamwork, dependable and fast service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Chili’s offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules, growth opportunities, and a team-oriented culture.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
