About The Position
Perform custodial and facilities maintenance duties at client sites. Be able to work in outside weather.
Requirements
- Strong custodial and facilities maintenance experience
- Good driving record
- Work outside in all weather conditions
Responsibilities
- Empties and cleans trash cans and picks up litter
- Put garbage in dumpsters
- Do facilities maintenance where needed- can include painting
- Must be comfortable working with a wide variety of custodial and carpentry tools
- Must be able to work independently
