About The Position
Constellation West is seeking a J-37 Regional JTRS SME-Central to provide Joint Exercise, Training, Assessment and Related Support for USSTRATCOM/J7. Qualified incumbent personnel currently supporting this mission will be afforded Right of First Refusal (ROFR) for applicable positions, consistent with contract requirements and contingent upon continued eligibility, performance, and government approval. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8–10 years of experience
- Active Secret clearance preferred
- State JFHQ / Joint Staff background
- Joint Training System (JTS)
- Joint Training Tool (JTT)
- Joint Training Plans (JTPs)
- Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC)
- Mission Training Assessments (MTA)
- Training Proficiency Assessments (TPA)
- DRRS and JLLIS
- National Guard, JFHQ-State, Joint Staff, or Combatant Command support
- Senior leader workshops
- Nationwide travel capability
