About The Position

US Fertility is seeking an IVF RN Case Manager to join Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area at its San Ramon, California office. The role supports the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients, monitoring them throughout treatment plans and providing direction, education, and compassionate support. The case manager communicates physician orders and instructions and shares laboratory results with appropriate interpretation and explanation. Patient care is documented in patient and department records.

The position works Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays. Compensation is $65 to $68 per hour, commensurate with experience. Requirements

• Current state RN license without limitations.
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients.
• Computer proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships.
• Strong customer service orientation, results orientation, and responsiveness to requests.

Nice To Haves

• BSN.
• IVF or fertility experience and a background in women's health.
