About The Position

US Fertility is hiring an IVF RN Case Manager for the Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area. The position is based at the San Mateo, California office and floats to Menlo Park, California on weekends. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with one weekend per month and two to three holidays per year. Compensation is $65 to $68 per hour, commensurate with experience.

The RN Case Manager coordinates and manages fertility patients’ care and treatment, monitors patients throughout treatment plans, provides direction and education, communicates physician orders and instructions, and discusses laboratory results with appropriate interpretation and explanation. The role also provides support to patients and families and documents care in patient and department records. The position is part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team focused on compassionate care and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Current state RN license without limitations.
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients.
• Computer proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships.
• Strong customer service orientation and results focus, with responsiveness to requests.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• IVF or fertility experience and a background in women's health preferred.
