About The Position

Kalologie is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner to deliver IV therapy and IM injections in a client-facing wellness setting. The role combines safe clinical care with client education, consultative treatment recommendations, relationship building, and contributions to facility growth. Providers are expected to build a loyal personal book of business and help clients identify suitable wellness and aesthetic services. The position operates in premium fitness, wellness, and resort environments, with access to an engaged membership base. Kalologie provides established protocols, training, and medical oversight, along with continued coaching and opportunities to grow as the brand expands. Services include IV therapy, vitamin injections, NAD/NR performance wellness, longevity services, and precision aesthetics. Compensation is based on clinical experience, skill set, and contribution to the client experience and facility performance. Requirements

Current, unrestricted professional license in the state where services are performed.
Prior experience administering IV infusion therapy or strong relevant clinical experience.
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to client safety and protocol adherence.
Confident, approachable communication skills and the ability to educate clients and earn their trust.
Demonstrated sales ability or confidence making recommendations, discussing pricing, presenting memberships and packages, and asking for the next appointment.
Comfort being measured against client retention, rebooking, membership, package, conversion, and revenue goals.
Ability to recognize client needs and recommend appropriate wellness or aesthetic solutions.
Self-motivation and initiative to create opportunities rather than relying solely on an existing appointment book.
Attention to detail, organization, and accountability.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team and facility culture.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on clinic needs.

Responsibilities

Administer IV infusion therapy and IM vitamin injections safely and in accordance with established protocols.
Prepare and set up treatments while maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment.
Monitor clients during treatment to ensure comfort, safety, and a high-quality experience.
Consult with clients to understand their goals, lifestyle, treatment history, and wellness priorities.
Educate clients about IV therapy, vitamin injections, NAD/NR performance wellness, memberships, packages, and other relevant offerings.
Make thoughtful treatment recommendations and guide clients toward appropriate next steps based on their goals.
Present memberships, treatment packages, promotions, and complementary services without creating a high-pressure experience.
Identify clients who may be candidates for additional wellness or aesthetic services and connect them with the appropriate provider when needed.
Convert consultations and first-time visits into ongoing treatment plans and long-term client relationships.
Proactively rebook clients, support follow-up efforts, and build a consistent personal book of business.
Partner with Client Coordinators on client communication, lead follow-up, rebooking, and the experience from consultation through checkout.
Help maximize appointment capacity by welcoming online bookings, walk-ins, and qualified same-day treatment opportunities.
Participate in and organize local outreach efforts, facility events, and other approved initiatives to introduce new clients to Kalologie.
Maintain accurate client records, treatment documentation, and follow-up notes.
Collaborate with the local team to support client satisfaction, facility traffic, and revenue performance.
