About The Position

Restore is seeking an outgoing, experienced Registered Nurse to provide wellness services in a fun, comfortable environment. The role offers an opportunity to help clients with their health and wellness journeys while supporting the Restore mission and leading a team of nurses. The position is full-time, four days per week: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The nurse administers IV drip therapy, intramuscular injections, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy; educates clients about services and ingredients; and supports wellness optimization through blood testing. The role also includes promoting memberships and medical services, documenting visits in electronic medical records, answering client questions under the supervision of the Medical Director and licensed Advanced Practice Providers, and communicating client issues or adverse effects to the medical compliance team. The nurse provides therapeutic communication and exceptional customer service, assists with store services and off-site events, and maintains a safe, clean work environment. The position reports to the Lead Nurse.

Requirements

Licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
At least two years of experience in sales and/or retail.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
At least one year of experience administering injections.
Comfort using electronic medical records to document client details.
Non-judgmental outlook and demonstrated ability to work with diverse clientele.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Values ethics and integrity.
Able to work in a team environment and independently.
Willing to adhere to policies and procedures and maintain medical compliance.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a medical spa, weight loss clinic, or laser clinic.

Responsibilities

Administer IV drip therapy and intramuscular shots featuring vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
Educate clients about the qualities and benefits of IV drip and intramuscular shot ingredients.
Administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions.
Use blood test offerings to help clients optimize their wellness.
Promote memberships and medical services based on client needs.
Document client visits using electronic medical records.
Answer client questions using the Restore Nursing Reference Guide under the supervision of the Medical Director and licensed Advanced Practice Providers.
Communicate issues or adverse effects experienced by clients to the medical compliance team.
Provide therapeutic communication and exceptional customer service.
Assist staff with store services.
Assist with off-site nursing events and special projects.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
