About The Position

Restore is seeking an outgoing, experienced Registered Nurse to join its wellness team and support clients on their health and wellness journeys. The position focuses on delivering wellness services in a comfortable environment and helping lead a team of nurses in support of Restore’s mission. This is a part-time role scheduled for 2–3 days per week, including one weekend day, and reports to the Lead Nurse. Compensation is $50.00 per hour. The nurse administers IV drip therapy, intramuscular injections, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy; educates clients about service ingredients and benefits; and uses blood test offerings to help clients optimize wellness. The role also includes promoting memberships and medical services, documenting visits in electronic medical records, responding to client questions under clinical supervision, communicating adverse effects or issues to the medical compliance team, and providing therapeutic communication and customer service. The nurse may also assist with store services, off-site nursing events, special projects, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. The franchise is independently owned and operated. Applications and hiring decisions are handled by the franchisee.

Requirements

Licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
At least two years of experience in sales and/or retail.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
At least one year of experience administering injections.
Comfort using electronic medical records to document client details.
A nonjudgmental outlook and demonstrated ability to work with diverse clientele.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Values ethics and integrity.
Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
Willingness to adhere to all policies and procedures and maintain medical compliance.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a med spa, weight loss clinic, or laser clinic.

Responsibilities

Administer IV drip therapy and intramuscular shots featuring vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
Educate clients about the qualities and benefits of IV drip and intramuscular shot ingredients.
Administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions.
Use blood test offerings to help clients optimize their wellness.
Promote memberships and medical services based on client needs.
Document client visits using electronic medical records.
Answer client questions using the Restore Nursing Reference Guide under the supervision of the Medical Director and licensed Advanced Practice Providers.
Communicate client issues or adverse effects to the medical compliance team.
Provide therapeutic communication and exceptional customer service.
Assist staff with store services.
Assist with off-site nursing events and special projects.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
