The ITS Student Technician Manager will expand student technician recruitment, coach and train current team members, manage student scheduling, and ensure the quality of customer service and support activity of student technicians. This position requires availability during business hours up to 30 hours per week. Daily tasks include participating in student applicant interviews, assessing and recommending candidates for employment, assisting with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, managing the student technician schedule, and scheduling and supervising all ITS-related moves for equipment including computers and telco transfers.
