About The Position

Hartford HealthCare is seeking an experienced ITS Application Analyst III specializing in ERP Security to support and enhance its enterprise applications. The senior-level analyst designs, implements, and maintains security controls across core ERP systems, including PeopleSoft HCM, PeopleSoft FSCM, Tecsys, and other key business platforms. The position serves as a subject matter expert for ERP security, contributes to complex cross-functional projects, analyzes business needs, and supports security practices that enable organizational operations. The role administers access and security configurations, supports audits and system changes, and works with project teams on integrated workflows and new functionality. It also includes recommending process improvements, documenting work, mentoring team members, and participating in an on-call rotation as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
10+ years of relevant IT experience.
5+ years working with PeopleSoft HCM/FSCM in a security administration or development capacity.
3+ years specifically in PeopleSoft Security Administration.
Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM security concepts.
Technical skills in SQL, Data Mover scripts, Excel-to-CI, and advanced Excel.
Strong communication skills for articulating issues and recommendations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform detailed analysis.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and training skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

Administer user access across ERP applications, including creating, modifying, terminating, and auditing access.
Represent ERP Security for new functionality and system enhancements.
Collaborate with project teams to define and support integrated workflows.
Design and maintain security architecture for key ERP applications.
Use Excel-to-CI and Data Mover scripts for user provisioning.
Create and update roles and permission lists in PeopleSoft environments.
Create and update queries in PeopleSoft environments.
Support audits, upgrades, and change control processes.
Recommend new tools and process improvements.
Mentor team members and contribute to documentation.
Participate in an on-call rotation as required.
