About The Position
deciBel Research is seeking a junior-level resource to assist with mass duplication and delivery of Integrated Threat Packages (ITP) and software applications to multiple customers. The position supports the Missile Defense Agency’s Threat Systems Engineering effort at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The specialist assists with integrating and distributing deliverable threat products, coordinating data across multiple contract task orders, and ensuring products and documentation are tracked, correctly marked, and delivered in the proper versions. The role also supports process improvement, data management procedures, and preparation of technical and non-technical program documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited university.
- At least 2 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 0+ years with a master’s degree.
- Familiarity with DoD regulations for generating, marking, and shipping classified products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products.
- Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish team goals.
- Basic understanding of the DoD Guide for Marking Classified Documents and proper procedures for tracking, storing, and cataloging classified products.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with basic Linux commands.
- Active DoD Secret clearance; the selected applicant must have an active Secret security clearance.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.

- Experience with classified shipping.
- Experience with configuration management of classified products.
- Experience with Integrated Threat Packages or MDA Ground Test events.
- Ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the integration and distribution of deliverable threat products.
- Implement program procedures and collaborate with production team members to account for deliverable event products.
- Apply knowledge of classified information levels accurately in correspondence and product delivery.
- Interface with stakeholders, including customers, to address needs and issues and minimize potential impacts to deliverable products.
- Support integration of addendum products and revisions, using an organized tracking system to ensure stakeholders receive the correct versions.
- Maintain databases tracking Engineering Change Requests, TSE Requests, non-deliverables, and deliverables.
- Participate in process improvement activities, suggest policy adaptations, and update processes and procedures as required.
- Assist with implementation of the Data Management Plan, procedures, and work instructions.
- Coordinate, track, and deliver contractual and non-contractual data for multiple contract task orders.
- Assist with writing technical and non-technical documentation for program deliverables.
- Create working templates to keep deliverables and program documentation consistent and properly marked.
