About The Position

The Itinerary Planning Specialist supports clients with trip planning, itinerary coordination, and reservation assistance. The role provides organized, professional support throughout the planning process to help ensure a smooth and positive client experience. It is a remote opportunity for highly organized, client-focused individuals interested in itinerary planning within a structured, supportive environment. The position is performed remotely using company-supported systems and communication tools. Structured onboarding, ongoing training, guidance, planning tools, resources, and support systems are provided. The role also offers flexible scheduling and an opportunity to develop skills in itinerary planning and client support.
